The IA'ȘI BILET application is a modern travel portal developed by the Iași Public Transport Company, designed to streamline and enhance the experience of using public transportation. Currently, the GET A TICKET functionality will be available later, but rest assured, once active, it will allow seamless ticket purchases directly through the app using a bank card. In the meantime, users can explore other essential tools already integrated into the platform.

Once an account is created and linked to a transport card, users can easily load their card with travel vouchers via secure online payment. The application allows real-time monitoring of card status and active travel titles, giving users full visibility over their transportation credits at any given time.

Additionally, the IA'ȘI BILET app supports the management of multiple transport cards from a single account. Whether it's topping up the e-wallet, purchasing new subscriptions, or extending existing ones, everything can be handled conveniently within the app interface.

Transaction Tracking & Subsidized Travel

After completing various actions such as purchases, validations, or controls, users can review a detailed transaction history. This feature ensures transparency and helps keep track of all activities related to their transport cards.

For eligible users, the app enables the submission of documents to request a subsidized profile directly through the platform. Upon approval—either digitally or at a service counter—users can then purchase discounted or free travel tickets seamlessly within the app.

Corporate Access & Notifications

Legal entities collaborating with the transport directorate also benefit from dedicated access, allowing them to manage their fleet of transport cards via either the web portal or the mobile application.

Users can choose to receive timely notifications on their device or via email for key events such as fare title expiration, card top-ups, or other relevant actions performed on their account.
