As a passionate billiards fan, I spent considerable time searching for a realistic 2D pool game but never found one that met my expectations.

While there are certainly some excellent 3D pool games available, my personal preference leans toward 2D. I find that in 3D games, judging distances between balls and controlling the cue's power can be challenging for players, and the perspective can sometimes be disorienting.

Unable to find a satisfying 2D option, I decided to create my own. By collaborating with other developers who share a love for the game, Pool Empire was born.
