KEBA eMobility App

Monitor and control your KEBA wallbox using the KEBA eMobility App.

The KEBA eMobility App is the dedicated digital service for users of KeContact P30 and P40 charging stations (including the P40, P30 x-series, company car wallbox, PV EDITION, and P30 c-series). This app lets you communicate with, manage, and configure your wallbox, putting you in complete command of your charging process.

Key features of the KEBA eMobility App:

- Communicate with your wallbox via secure remote access from any location (communication with KeContact P30 c-series models occurs via the local network).

- View the real-time status of your wallbox: Is it currently charging? Ready to charge? Offline? Or indicating an error?

- Manage charging sessions effortlessly—start and stop the current charging process with a single tap.

- Maintain full control over your vehicle's power draw and total charging time by setting the maximum charging power.

- Monitor all details and live data (time, energy, power, amperage, etc.) for ongoing charging sessions, and review past sessions in the app's history.

- Access comprehensive data on your historical energy consumption in the statistics section.

- Use the in-app setup guide to verify your wallbox's compatibility and get step-by-step assistance for first-time connection and setup.

- Installer mode provides a guided process to configure, set up, and connect your P40 Wallbox for the first time.

- Automate charging by creating power profiles to start/stop sessions at scheduled times with preset power limits. (Configured via the KEBA eMobility Portal for P40, P30 x-series, company car wallboxes, and PV EDITION).

- Ensure your wallbox runs the latest software by enabling automatic updates through the app (not available for standalone KeContact P30 c-series models).

- For x-series users, access all familiar web-interface configurations directly within the app (only for KeContact P30 x-series models).

KEBA wallboxes compatible with the app:

- KeContact P40, P40 Pro, P30 x-series, company car wallbox, PV EDITION

- KeContact P30 c-series (no firmware update required to use the app)

Note: Charging stations managed by Charge Point Operators may not be compatible, particularly if you lack access to the web-interface password or serial number.

When connected to a KeContact P30 c-series, the app offers a reduced feature set compared to the x-series. A full function comparison for each series is available at www.keba.com/emobility-app.

Important notes for electrical installers:

- DIP switch settings on the P30 wallbox must still be configured manually.

- Configurations available in the P30 web interface can also be performed via the app.

- For the KeContact P30 c-series, adjust DIP switches to enable full UDP communication (detailed in the setup guide).

- Basic settings for the KeContact P40 can be made via the KEBA eMobility App or directly on the device.
