Clash Royale players can finally celebrate as the long-anticipated Inferno Dragon upgrade arrives. Following nearly a decade without an Evolution, this fiery Legendary card receives a significant power boost. The Inferno Dragon's Evolution form dramatically improves its battlefield effectiveness. Unlike the original version that reset damage when switching targets, the upgraded version maintains its damage ramp-up for greater destructive potential.
Inferno Dragon Evolution Ignites Clash Royale's New Season
Titled How to Evolve Your Dragon!, the new season introduces the Inferno Dragon Evolution and brings back the competitive 2v2 League. Players can team up with friends or random partners to climb the rankings.
Milestone Events starting from Arena 7 offer rewards including 3 Lumberjack Evolution Shards, an Epic Book of Cards, and exclusive cosmetics.
Crown Chase #1 delivers a fully decorated Battle Banner plus an Epic Book of Cards, followed by Crown Chase #2 with another Battle Banner and 3 Evolution Shards.
To showcase new Evolution cards, developers have scheduled multiple game modes and challenges throughout June and early July. The Inferno Dragon Evolution Draft runs June 2-9, followed by the Inferno Dragon Challenge (June 6-9) offering a Battle Banner and Emote.
From June 9-16, Evolution Mayhem allows up to 4 Evolution Cards per deck. Magical Trio follows (June 16-23), then 4 Card Showdown (June 23-30). The season concludes with Evolution Bonanza (June 30-July 7), where players can include up to 8 Evolution Cards per deck.
