Avowed does not feature multiplayer, whether in co-op or player versus player (PvP) modes. You'll embark on this fantasy adventure solo, accompanied only by NPC companions, similar to The Outer Worlds. All enemies, no matter their strength, are controlled by the computer. There's no Sniper Elite-style invasion feature where other players can disrupt your world. Avowed is strictly a single-player experience, with no PvP, invasion mode, or co-op mode included. However, multiplayer was initially part of the plan.
What Happened to Avowed’s Planned Multiplayer?
