The *Chainsaw Man* movie was first announced in December 2023 and serves as a direct sequel to the MAPPA-produced anime series that debuted in 2022. The story follows Denji, a young protagonist who strikes a deal with a devil named Pochita, granting him the ability to sprout chainsaws from various parts of his body. This unique power propels him on a journey far beyond being just another Chainsaw Man.
In *Chainsaw Man – The Movie: Reze Arc*, viewers will be introduced to Reze, a pivotal character from the original manga. Directed by Tatsuya Yoshihara and penned by Hiroshi Seko, the film brings back the entire voice cast from the anime series, ensuring continuity and familiarity for fans.
