The strategic tower defense game, Code Geass: Lost Stories, inspired by the renowned anime and manga series Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion, is set to bid farewell to its global mobile audience. While the game will cease operations worldwide, its journey will continue in Japan. The manga was crafted by Sunrise, and the game was developed by f4samurai and DMM Games, with Komoe taking the helm as the publisher. Code Geass: Lost Stories was launched globally in September 2023, but it won't reach its first anniversary.

When Is It Shutting Down?

Code Geass: Lost Stories will officially shut down on August 29th, 2024. Players have until this date to savor their final moments in the game, as access to accounts will be terminated afterward. The game's global social media accounts will also close on the same day. Starting immediately, new downloads and in-game purchases are no longer available. Although the global version is coming to an end, the game retains its popularity among players in Japan.

Why Is Code Geass: Lost Stories Shutting Down?

Blending RPG, action, and tower defense elements, Code Geass: Lost Stories drew inspiration from a beloved anime. Yet, it faces closure.
