It's almost over! No, not Dead Cells itself, but the free updates are coming to an end. Since 2018, Dead Cells has consistently delivered fresh content, but this incredible run is nearing its conclusion. Let's explore the final updates for Dead Cells Mobile.
What's in the Final Updates?
The final two updates, "Clean Cut" and "The End is Near," are now available on Android. While the game remains playable after these updates, the developers have decided to cease further content additions. These final updates, however, introduce a cursed twist to the gameplay.
Four new weapons join the arsenal, including the oversized Sewing Scissors and the Misericorde. The Misericorde delivers massive critical damage to low-health enemies, but failure to finish them off inflicts a curse. The Anathema, a heavy ranged weapon, explodes on impact, also cursing you upon contact. Balancing this risk is the new "Indulgence" skill, which unleashes a powerful beam of light, capable of cleansing some of your accumulated curses.
New modes, such as Speedrun and Boss Rush DIY, enhance replayability. Adding to the customization options are 40 new heads, and a helpful NPC allows for effortless head swapping.

New Mutations and Enemies
The updates also introduce fresh challenges with new mutations. "Cursed Flask" lets you use health flasks without consuming charges. "Damned Vigor" grants a brief period of invincibility, allowing a final strike to save your life. "Demonic Strength" boosts damage when cursed.
New enemies add a layer of strategic depth. The "Sore Loser" clings to you, cursing you upon defeat. The "Curser" launches guided cursed skulls and attacks with slashes at close range. Finally, the "Doom Bringer" poses a lethal threat, capable of instantly killing you if you accumulate over 50 curses.
Download Dead Cells from the Google Play Store and experience these final updates before they become a relic of the past.
