SD Gundam G Generation Eternal: US Network Test Announced!
Despite a radio silence since 2022, SD Gundam G Generation Eternal is far from cancelled! A network test is on the horizon, opening the cockpit to players in the US, alongside Japan, Korea, and Hong Kong. 1500 lucky participants will get a sneak peek from January 23rd to 28th, 2025. Applications are open now until December 7th.
For the uninitiated, SD Gundam games place you in command of a vast roster of pilots and mecha from the iconic Gundam universe, engaging in strategic grid-based combat. The series is renowned for its impressively extensive selection of units and characters.
While Gundam’s global popularity is undeniable, the equally beloved SD Gundam line might be less familiar to some. "Super Deformed," these charming, chibi-style mecha kits once even outsold their full-sized counterparts!
A US Debut
Gundam fans will undoubtedly eagerly anticipate this latest SD Gundam installment. However, Bandai Namco's track record with the series has seen some inconsistencies in quality and premature cancellations. Let's hope SD Gundam G Generation Eternal avoids this fate!
