Flea-Infested Locations in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 Revealed

By EmeryMay 17,2025

In *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*, the side quest “A Good Scrub” leads to a series of bathhouse-related quests, including the task of finding something infested with fleas for Betty. Here's a comprehensive guide on how to complete this quest and locate the flea-infested item.

Pick Up ‘A Good Scrub’

Begin by speaking to the innkeeper in Kuttenberg about work. This conversation will lead you to Betty, the owner of one of the two bathhouses in the city, located in the southeast part. Approach her, express your interest in work, and agree to travel to Grund to find Matsek.

Upon arriving in Grund, you'll find Matsek near a courtyard, concerned about being seen with the girls he's supposed to escort to the bathhouse. Approach the three girls at a table in the courtyard, inform them that you're there on Betty's behalf, and accompany them back to Kuttenberg.

Promote the Bathhouse

Once you return with the girls, Betty will ask for your help in promoting the bathhouse to attract more customers. Work with her to craft a compelling promotional spiel, and then shout it out at the grain market, horse market, vintners’ street, and merchants’ street. Make sure to do this during the day, as evening hours won’t be as effective.

Clean Up the Bathhouse and Finish ‘A Good Scrub’

After promoting the bathhouse, you'll need to clean up the premises before the alderman's inspection. Timely completion of these tasks is crucial, as failure to do so will result in the bathhouse being shut down, preventing you from picking up the next quest, “Ill Repute,” from Betty.

After successfully passing the inspection, engage Betty in conversation about the bathhouse's ongoing issues. She will reveal that the city council is deciding on the main bathhouse, and you need to make the councillor leave the competing bathhouse. Start by speaking with Meaty Mary, Katcha, and Little Lida to learn the councillor's dislikes.

To sabotage the competing bathhouse, you'll need Chamomile Brew to add to the wine cask on its second floor. To discover that the councillor enjoys fragrant oils, you'll need to give Little Lida a noblewomen’s dress, which you can obtain from a tailor. Alternatively, you can lockpick a cabinet on the third floor to steal the oils.

Katcha will mention that the bathhouse previously had fleas. To find the flea-infested item, head to the east gate of Kuttenberg City. Here, you'll find a small camp of beggars. Search through the sacks at the camp to locate a flea-infested blanket.

Once you have the flea-infested blanket, return to the competing bathhouse and go to the room where you added the Chamomile Brew to the wine. When no one is watching, interact with the baskets in the room and pour the fleas into Councillor Naaz’s laundry basket and the clean laundry basket.

If you encounter difficulty finding the flea-infested item, remember that completing just one of the three sabotage tasks is enough to make the councillor leave. This allows you to complete the quest and proceed to other quests like “Axe from the Lake.”
