Get ready for a colossal clash! Marvel Comics is unleashing a new series of Godzilla crossover one-shots, and the third installment, Godzilla vs. Spider-Man #1, has been revealed by IGN.

This nostalgic showdown, following Godzilla vs. Fantastic Four and Godzilla vs. Hulk, transports us to a post-1984 Secret Wars era. A newly symbiote-suited Spider-Man will face his toughest challenge yet as Godzilla descends upon the city.
Joe Kelly, the writer behind Marvel's upcoming Amazing Spider-Man relaunch, pens this epic encounter. Nick Bradshaw (known for Wolverine and the X-Men) provides the art, with cover art contributions from Bradshaw, Lee Garbett, and Greg Land.
Kelly shared his excitement, stating, "This book is a chance to go wild with two iconic characters, capturing the chaotic energy of the 80s. Nick Bradshaw perfectly embodies the absurdity while giving Godzilla and Spidey (in his undeniably awesome black suit) the gravitas they deserve."
Unlike DC's Justice League vs. Godzilla vs. Kong, which featured the MonsterVerse versions, this Marvel series showcases classic Toho Godzilla. This announcement follows IDW's Godzilla vs. Los Angeles #1, a charity anthology benefiting wildfire relief.
