Girls’ Frontline 2: Exilium Global Won’t Support Cross-Region Play

Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium is poised for its worldwide launch! Sunborn Network's MICA Team has unveiled fresh details about this anticipated RPG, addressing player questions in a recent Q&A video.

Publisher Differences and Global Launch

The game's availability will differ based on region: Darkwinter (a Sunborn subsidiary) or Haoplay servers. While content remains consistent, server transfers won't be possible. Darkwinter will utilize its own PC launcher, whereas the Haoplay version will be on Steam.

The global launch won't mirror the Chinese version's initial event schedule. MICA Team is omitting certain events requiring further story development, similar to Azur Lane Global's initial rollout.

The global server will commence with the "Sojourners of the Glass Island" event, offering the complete two-part story from the start. Omitted events may be added later.

The popular Groza "Sangria Succulent" skin is returning, and more classic skins are hinted at, based on community feedback. Potential crossovers with Neural Cloud and Gundam have also been discussed.
