After over two years, fans of *Grand Theft Auto V* on PC have something exciting to look forward to—a major update set for March 4 that will align the PC version closely with its console counterparts. This update introduces features that were originally exclusive to the PS5 and Xbox Series versions launched in 2022. Best of all, this upgrade comes at no extra cost to current players, with seamless transfer of progress in both GTA Online and Story Mode.
The lion's share of this update focuses on enhancing *GTA Online*, bringing a plethora of content that was previously inaccessible to PC players. Moreover, the GTA+ subscription service is now making its way to PC, offering subscribers an array of benefits, including accelerated profit collection from in-game businesses. Rockstar Games is also stepping up its game by bolstering anti-cheat measures to ensure a fairer playing field.

Alongside new content, the update promises significant graphical improvements. However, these enhancements come with a caveat—increased system requirements. Players with hardware that can't meet these new standards will have the option to continue playing the older version, which will still receive support from the developers. It's worth noting, however, that there will be no cross-version play, meaning you won't be able to join games with players using a different version of the game.
