You no longer need to pay upfront to enjoy one of Android's top racing games. While it's not completely free, you can now test the full game before deciding to purchase. HandyGames has released a new 'Try & Buy' version of Wreckfest for Android.
What's Different About the Wreckfest Try & Buy Version?
Essentially, nothing changes with the gameplay itself. This version allows you to download the complete game and play it for a limited trial period. You experience the same chaotic racing action, with all the same modes and the full lineup of vehicles.
First, let's discuss the car selection in the Wreckfest Try & Buy Version. The vehicles are gloriously battered, featuring dents, rust, and makeshift repairs. You can pick from a diverse roster, including classic American muscle cars, nimble European hatchbacks, and unique Asian compact models.
The game offers local multiplayer, challenge modes, and a comprehensive career mode. Compete in championships, earn experience points, unlock performance upgrades, and climb your way to the top. You have full control over your setup, including driving assists and the choice between automatic or manual transmission.
Wreckfest features an advanced soft-body damage physics system. If your front-left side gets smashed, your car will visibly pull in that direction. Every collision, impact, and scrape realistically affects your vehicle's handling and performance.
Ready to Take It for a Spin?
If you haven't experienced Wreckfest yet, this is the perfect chance. The complete PC version launched in June 2018 after an extensive early access period. It was developed by Bugbear Entertainment and published by THQ Nordic.
The mobile adaptation arrived in November 2022. Now, with the Try & Buy version, you can personally dive into the controlled chaos of Wreckfest. You can find this new version available on the Google Play Store.
