Star Wars Jedi: Survivor fans will be thrilled to see new figures in this latest collection. Nightsister Merrin gets her own figure, while the series protagonist, Cal Kestis, is featured in a three-pack set with Turgle and Skoova Stev. A highlight for Cal's figure is the multiple swap-out heads, including one with a handlebar mustache, which Houle emphasized was a key feature of this release.
"We wanted to have fun with it," Houle explained to IGN. "This is one of my favorite packs we revealed. We started with the handlebar mustache and mullet, then added the clean cut and short beard later. The handlebar look is a priority for us—it's just so much fun."
Merrin's figure was a natural addition, given her pivotal role in the Fallen Order/Survivor saga. The challenge, as Reiff noted, was capturing her unique Force abilities accurately.
"Cal without Merrin wouldn't be right," Reiff said. "We're excited to finally bring Merrin to life, especially with the green Force blast effect and the intricate details of her new costume and face tattoos. She's a character fans are deeply invested in, and we're thrilled to expand that world."
This year's lineup also includes updated versions of Han Solo and Chewbacca. Despite the numerous figures of these characters released over the years, Houle believes there's always room for enhancement.
"It's been a while since we've done them," Houle remarked. "We've given them new tools and the latest articulation so fans can enjoy classic characters with modern technology. We've learned a lot from our Wookiee figures with long hair, ensuring Chewbacca's head can move seamlessly with softer plastics. For Han, we've added articulation to the top of the boot instead of the thigh to keep the red bars intact."

One of the most striking figures in the lineup is The Ronin from the Star Wars: Visions anime series. As a Celebration-exclusive release, The Ronin figure maintains a black-and-white aesthetic, with the only color coming from his red katana lightsaber. Both Houle and Reiff emphasized the importance of getting the details right for this special release.
"We stayed true to the design," Houle said. "We drew inspiration from Japanese culture, making the packaging premium with magnets and hidden accessories. The watercoloring and overall clean look were crucial in creating an authentic feel."
Reiff added, "We even used Japanese language for the exclusive packaging, which is something we don't usually do. But being in Japan, we wanted to embrace the culture and create a special package."
For fans of the 1:1 scale Black Series helmet line, Hasbro unveiled a meticulously crafted Death Trooper helmet during their panel.
"It's a brand new tooled helmet for our Premium roleplay line," Reiff explained. "It captures the movie's look with weathering and detailed lighting. You can control the chin lights and spectre sensor lights with a button on the side. Working with Lucasfilm, we used original files to ensure accuracy and added detailed interiors, something the real helmets never had."
