"Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 to Get Official Mod Support"

Warhorse Studios has officially confirmed that Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 will soon receive full mod support, opening the door for players to unleash their creativity and bring custom content into the immersive world of medieval Bohemia.

The developers behind the acclaimed open-world RPG shared news of the upcoming Steamworks integration via a short but impactful announcement on Steam, signaling their commitment to fostering a vibrant modding community. While no official release date or in-depth details have been disclosed yet, the studio emphasized that mod tools will be made available “at some point in the future.” According to Warhorse, the official mod support will empower players to freely create, tweak, and expand the game world as they see fit.

Although unofficial mods continue to thrive on platforms like Nexus Mods, an official teaser image—seen below—gives a playful glimpse into the possibilities, showcasing protagonist Henry riding a colorful zebra wielding a fish-shaped sword.

The first, Brushes with Death, is set to arrive this summer, followed by Legacy of the Forge in the fall, and Mysteria Ecclesia during winter. These expansions will further enrich Henry’s journey, while free updates introduce features like Hardcore Mode and Horse Racing.
