Lara Croft: Guardian of Light Now on Android

Lara Croft is back, and Feral Interactive has officially brought the iconic adventurer to Android with Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light. Dive into this refreshed version of Crystal Dynamics’ isometric tomb-raiding adventure, where you'll blast undead enemies and solve ancient puzzles. Originally released in 2010, the game’s standout feature remains its co-op gameplay, which distinguishes it from other entries in the Tomb Raider series with its non-linear, arcade-inspired action adventure.

This Time, the Stakes Are High

In the game, the world teeters on the brink of eternal darkness, with only Lara Croft standing between civilization and total doom. Armed with her signature dual pistols, Lara must dodge, grapple, and outsmart an army of the undead. However, her ultimate goal is to confront Xolotl, the Aztec god of death. You can enhance your experience by teaming up with a friend in online co-op, a feature of this twin-stick shooter. The beauty of Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light lies in its cross-platform play, allowing iOS and Android users to join forces seamlessly.

Feral Interactive has released a new trailer for the Android launch of Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light. You can watch it right here:

This Mobile Release Doesn’t Skimp on Content

The Android version of Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light includes all fourteen levels from the original game, along with three free DLC packs. This means there's a wealth of hidden collectibles, high-score challenges, and additional weapons and stat-boosting artifacts to discover. Players can also customize the touchscreen controls to their preference or connect a gamepad for a more traditional gaming experience. The game is now available on the Google Play Store for $9.99, so be sure to check it out if you're interested in this thrilling adventure.
