The White Wolf is set to make his final appearance as production for the fifth and last season of *The Witcher* is now in full swing. Excitingly, new set photos featuring Liam Hemsworth stepping into the iconic role of Geralt de Rivia have surfaced online, much to the delight of fans. These images, which have been shared by the renowned fan site Redanian Intelligence, showcase Hemsworth in his full Geralt regalia, complete with the character's distinctive long blonde hair. Alongside him, familiar faces such as Meng'er Zhang as Milva and Joey Batey as Jaskier, who have been part of the series since Henry Cavill's tenure, also appear in the leaked photos. Hemsworth's casting as Geralt was revealed in October 2022, marking his takeover from Cavill starting with Season 4 and continuing into the final season.

In addition to these returning characters, the set photos also reveal new faces joining the cast in Season 4, who will also be part of the final season. Among them is the acclaimed actor Laurence Fishburne, known for his role in *Morbius*, who will portray Emiel Reigs. These glimpses into the production suggest that Season 5 might draw inspiration from Andrzej Sapkowski's *Tower of the Swallow*, particularly the scenes involving Geralt's encounters with beekeepers and druids. However, with Season 4 still awaiting release, the narrative could take numerous turns before the final pieces fall into place.

It's not just Cavill who has departed from the series; Kim Bodnia, who played Geralt's mentor Vesemir, will also not return for Season 4 due to scheduling conflicts. Netflix has yet to announce Bodnia's replacement for this pivotal role, and there is no confirmed release date for Season 4 at this time.
