Marvel Contest of Champions' Murderworld event is here, bringing thrilling updates until August 7th! This twisted theme park, orchestrated by Arcade, challenges players to outwit his deadly games. The event includes the X-Magica Showcase and the Spring of Sorrow Gauntlet, alongside bug fixes and balance adjustments.
Murderworld: A Deadly Carnival of Combat
Arcade, the master of lethal amusement parks, has arrived in The Contest. His Murderworlds are designed for both entertainment and annihilation, with Arcade himself aiming for a high score of defeated Champions. Players must overcome Arcade's challenges, perhaps even teaming up to conquer his carnival of carnage.
New Champions Join the Fray
The Raft, the Battlerealm's maximum-security prison, is in lockdown due to a gamma radiation incident. The Summoner intervenes, encountering Patriot amidst the chaos. Meanwhile, The Leader's gamma-enhanced intellect allows him to manipulate allies and enemies alike.
Patriot (Eli Bradley), grandson of a Super Soldier and co-founder of the Young Avengers, arrives July 18th. The Leader (Samuel Sterns), a former chemical plant worker transformed by a gamma explosion into a super-genius villain, joins the fight on August 1st.
