The man has arrived! Fans finally caught their first look at Nicholas Galitzine as He-Man in the upcoming Masters of the Universe film, which recently completed production.
The film's official social media channels unveiled a shadowy June 15th teaser image showing Galitzine in full costume - strategically photographed from behind to preserve the mystery. The post included production confirmation of Galitzine's wrap and a heartfelt message from the actor himself.
"That's a wrap on Masters of the Universe," Galitzine shared. "Portraying both Adam and He-Man has been an incredible privilege. I poured everything into this career-defining role. While I can't reveal much yet, I'm extremely proud of what we've created. Massive thanks to our phenomenal cast and crew."
Galitzine clearly dedicated himself physically to the demanding role. The actor previously revealed to W magazine in January: "I'm consuming about 4,000 calories daily to fuel the intense training regimen - you'd be surprised how hungry you get after such workouts."
Galitzine plays dual roles as Prince Adam of Eternia and his powerful alter-ego He-Man. The star-studded cast includes Camila Mendes, Allison Brie, Jared Leto, and Idris Elba. Directed by Bumblebee's Travis Knight with a script by ParaNorman writer Chris Butler, the fantasy epic is scheduled for release next summer.
