To access the skins, you'll need to construct the Pal Dressing Facility (requires 10 Stone and 10 Paldium Fragments; available from level 1). Once built, equip your Chillet, Chillet Ignis, Frostallion, Shadowbeak, Gumoss, and Depresso Pals with their new holiday looks.
