Rainbow Six Siege X: Atlanta Reveals

As Rainbow Six Siege celebrates its tenth anniversary, Ubisoft has unveiled an exciting new chapter in its journey: Siege X. Much like CS2 transformed CS:GO, Siege X promises to elevate the gameplay experience to new heights. Set for release on June 10, Siege X will transition to a free-to-play model, opening the doors to a wider audience of tactical enthusiasts.

Key Changes in Siege X:

New Mode: Dual Front – Experience the thrill of a 6v6 match format that seamlessly blends attack and defense strategies. In Dual Front, teams aim to capture enemy zones and strategically plant sabotage devices. The map is thoughtfully segmented into multiple areas, with three zones assigned to each team and a central neutral zone up for grabs. Should you fall in battle, fear not; you'll respawn within 30 seconds, ready to rejoin the fight.

Advanced Rappel System – Siege X introduces an innovative rappel system that allows players to navigate both vertically and horizontally, adding a new layer of tactical depth to your gameplay.

Increased Environmental Destruction – The game's environment becomes even more interactive with new destructible elements. From explosive fire extinguishers to combustible gas pipes, the battlefield is more dynamic than ever, encouraging players to think creatively about their approach.

Reworks for Five Popular Maps – Five beloved maps are receiving comprehensive updates, ensuring that even seasoned players will find fresh challenges and opportunities within familiar territories.

Graphical & Audio Enhancements – Ubisoft is not holding back on the sensory experience. Siege X brings a significant overhaul to both visuals and sound, immersing players in a more realistic and engaging world.

Improved Anti-Cheat & Toxicity Measures – Acknowledging the community's feedback, Ubisoft is doubling down on efforts to enhance the anti-cheat system and curb toxic behavior, fostering a more enjoyable and fair gaming environment.

To give eager players a taste of what's to come, Ubisoft has announced a closed beta for Siege X, accessible to those who tune into Siege streams over the next seven days. This is your chance to dive into the future of Rainbow Six Siege and help shape its next era.
