Several quests are integral to this romance, but the payoff is a fulfilling relationship in the harsh world of Night City. Remember, this romance is only available to players using the male V voice and body type.
The journey begins in Act 2. The following quests are crucial:
Complete Ghost Town
This main job, following "Playing for Time," introduces Panam. After meeting Rogue Amendiares, you'll meet Panam and help her retrieve her car. Agree to help her get revenge on Nash. At the Sunset Motel, choose dialogue options that show interest in Panam; suggesting a single room is a good start.
Complete Lightning Breaks
This mission focuses on taking down a Kang Tao AV and kidnapping Anders Hellman. Your dialogue choices here don't significantly impact the romance, but sticking close to Panam is advisable.
Complete Life During Wartime
After Lightning Breaks, help Panam resolve issues with Mitch and the Aldecaldos. Defend Panam against Saul's accusations. Reply to Panam's message suggesting she return to settle things. Wait a few in-game days before proceeding to the next quest. It's crucial to start Riders of the Storm within 24 in-game hours.
Complete Riders of the Storm
Rescue Saul from the Wraiths. Choose dialogue options that support Panam. After escaping, defuse the argument between Panam and Saul by choosing diplomatic options. During the motel scene, engage in flirtatious dialogue, culminating in a kiss.
Complete With a Little Help from My Friends
Agree to help Panam at the Aldecaldos camp. Choose dialogue options that show your affection for her during the communications tower scene. Express your desire for closeness at the campfire.
Complete Queen of the Highway
Return to the Aldecaldos camp after waiting a day. Engage in further flirtation with Panam. The events in the Basilisk lead to a significant moment in your relationship. Choose options that deepen your connection. After the Basilisk battle, select dialogue options that show your support and affection. This concludes the main romance quests.
How to Go on Dates with Panam
After completing the romance quests, the mission "I Really Want To Stay At Your House" becomes available. This allows you to invite Panam to any of V's apartments (excluding Dogtown) for a cozy evening.
