Hazelight's beloved co-op adventure, Split Fiction, has now surpassed a remarkable milestone by selling nearly four million copies. This achievement was highlighted by publisher EA in their latest financial report, where they described the game's launch as "hugely successful" and credited it as a key factor in their strong financial performance at the end of the 2025 fiscal year.
The developer, Hazelight, celebrated this success on social media, exclaiming, "4 MILLION SOLD!!!!" They expressed their gratitude and joy, saying, "So many of you have picked up Split Fiction already, it’s amazing… Seeing the fun you have with our game and the love you show for Mio, Zoe, and each other warms our hearts here at Hazelight. And so many hot dogs made…"

Launched in March, **Split Fiction** quickly became a hit, selling over two million copies in its first week. Story Kitchen, known for their work on the Sonic films, is leading the project, and they are in the process of assembling a team of writers, a director, and a cast that will include Sydney Sweeney.
