How to Find All Side Stories in Split Fiction

Within Chapters 2 through 5, you'll encounter a total of 12 Side Stories, with three nestled in each chapter. Here’s a detailed walkthrough to ensure you don't miss any of these captivating narratives:

Legend of the Sandfish – The journey begins effortlessly in Chapter 2 after you complete the Rush Hour section. This Side Story is unmissable as it's part of the natural progression.
Farmlife – Still in Chapter 2, navigate to the Streets of Neon section. After hopping over a small barrier and before you reach the elevators on the left, you'll stumble upon this charming detour.
Mountain Hike – Concluding Chapter 2's Side Stories, head to the Big City Life section. Once you reach the Port-A-Pottys, have Mio hop into one, then use Zoe to throw her over to a ledge opposite them where there's a small ladder. Have Mio drop the ladder to access this Side Story.
Train Heist – Moving to Chapter 3, in the Lord Evergreen section, as you're navigating the water with a plank of wood, look for a ledge that Mio and Zoe will need to wall run to reach. This is where the Train Heist awaits.
Gameshow – In the Walking Sticks of Doom section of Chapter 3, after the side-scrolling segment, engage in some minor platforming to reach a platform where the Gameshow Side Story is located.
Collapsing Star – The last Side Story in Chapter 3 can be found in the Halls of Ice section. It's on the main path, making it impossible to miss as you explore the palace.

Slopes of War – Entering Chapter 5, head to the Water Temple section. After hatching your dragons, solve the lever puzzle on the left, post-crossing the golden balls, to unlock the Slopes of War.
Space Escape – The penultimate Side Story in Chapter 5's Craft Temple section requires you to defeat the dragon first. Then, launch Mio to the ledge using her glide and Zoe’s roll, and have Mio drop a column for Zoe to climb up to the Space Escape.
Birthday Cake – The final Side Story of *Split Fiction* can be found in Chapter 5’s Treasure Temple section. Simply solve the soul puzzle, and the Birthday Cake Side Story will be on your left.
