Proton Bus Simulator Urbano

Experience an immersive bus simulator featuring mods and expansive cities!

Welcome to Proton Bus Urbano!

This is the classic urban bus edition dedicated to transporting passengers within cities. Originally launched in 2017, it’s been nearly five years of continuous improvement. Our simulator has gained numerous features over the years.

The bus modding system is now more sophisticated, supporting detailed animations for buttons, rain effects, wipers, windows, and more. The community has produced hundreds of bus mods, with even more on the way!

We’re set to release many new buses as mods soon, with several currently in development. Including every bus in the base game would make it excessively large, and no one uses every vehicle. By offering buses as mods, you can select only your favorites, saving valuable storage space. All older non-animated buses have been excluded from this edition and will be re-released as mods in the coming months.

In 2020, we introduced the map modding system—a rare feature in mobile gaming! While creating maps requires a computer, once built, they can run on most mobile devices with sufficient RAM.

The original routes remain available, but with a growing focus on custom map creation, they will soon become a thing of the past.

This simulator is FREE, with optional extras for PAID USERS. You can enjoy the free version indefinitely—we aren’t focused solely on profit. Upgrade only if you genuinely love the project and support its development. Paid users enjoy an ad-free experience and gain access to exclusive features like virtual mirrors, cruise control, 360-degree screenshot capture, and more. Nearly all other features and buses are completely free.

This is more of a simulator than a traditional game. We don’t emphasize points, checkpoints, or similar mechanics. Simply choose your preferred bus and start driving. Given its complexity, there are many controls and settings to explore. We recommend watching online videos or tutorials before raising concerns—many common issues have simple solutions. For instance, press N before shifting gears to move the bus, and don’t forget to release the parking brake. Some settings may cause unexpected behavior, so please read descriptions carefully before enabling specific options. Performance can vary between devices.

Available for PC and Android. On PC, graphics are generally superior due to more powerful hardware. You can adjust many settings to optimize performance. A modern mid- or high-end device with at least 4 GB of RAM is recommended. If the game doesn’t run smoothly, try older versions or experiment with settings. There’s a known issue with 64-bit Unity apps on Android—if you experience lag, download the 32-bit APK from our website for potentially better performance.

We’re prioritizing core updates, especially modding support. This simulator truly shines with mods—imagine it without them!

Find mods by searching online or using the in-game button. Installation requires a file manager, but the community is here to help.

Most advanced features are tested on a Samsung Galaxy S9, with basic testing on a J7 Prime. Older devices with under 2 GB of RAM may struggle, but you can try manual installation via APK/OBB—though performance isn’t guaranteed. Screenshots were taken on a Galaxy J7 Prime using the "good settings" option.
