Botany Manor's PlayStation Launch Finally Set for January 28th
After a brief delay, the charming puzzle game Botany Manor will finally bloom on PlayStation consoles on January 28th, 2025. Initially slated for a December 17th, 2024 release, the PS4 and PS5 versions were postponed to allow for further polishing, ensuring a top-tier player experience.
Developed by Balloon Studios and published by Whitethorn Games, Botany Manor captivated players on Nintendo Switch, Xbox, and PC upon its April 2024 release. The game's relaxing gameplay, focusing on cultivating magical plants in the English countryside, earned widespread critical acclaim, solidifying its place as a standout puzzler of 2024. Its strong OpenCritic rating (83/100, 92% recommendation) speaks volumes.
While the new release date has been confirmed, a PS Store page remains absent. Players eager to add Botany Manor to their wishlists will need to wait a little longer. The game is expected to retail at $24.99, consistent with other platforms, and will remain a one-time purchase without microtransactions. The digital soundtrack, available separately on Steam, is unlikely to be offered on PlayStation.
