Starting the Lion's Crest Quest:

Upon completing the tutorial and gaining access to the open world, locate the scribe Gaibl in Troskowitz. He will present you with a riddle and the smithing recipe for Brunswick's polearm. You'll need to gather the necessary materials independently, then craft the weapon at a blacksmith's forge.

Deciphering the Riddle:

The riddle provided by Gaibl is as follows:

"Take your leave of crone and maiden, standing tall behind the gates, boldly go towards true midnight, in caverns cold your prize awaits. Pass through the hall of forest kings, hidden deep from hunters’ gaze, standing tall two guards of stone, behind who yearned for treasure lays. Between then stands a mighty rock, a subtle niche yet deeper still, a place to give one’s heart to God, behold my armour gleaming still."

This riddle leads you to Trosky Castle. Exit through the northern gates and head north, entering the forest.

Follow the path, watching the left side. You'll discover rocky formations with crevices. Traverse these, and you'll find a cave containing a chapel. Examine the cross near the rock to obtain the first piece of Brunswick's armor and two treasure maps.

Locating the Remaining Armor Pieces (Using the Treasure Maps):

• Map 1: Continue west along the road from the chapel to a crossroads. Head north into the woods to find a wolf den. The armor is in a bag near the trees above the den.

• Map 2: Travel to the outpost at Vidlak Pond. Behind the fisherman's house, locate a large rock formation along the cliffs. A chest containing armor rests near a cross on the rocks.

• Map 3: Fast travel to Zhelejov. Leave the tavern and cross two bridges towards Tachov. After the second bridge, take a small path to the river and forest. Follow this path to a hill; the armor is in a bag near a large tree at the hill's summit.

• Map 4: This final map leads to a hill between the Nomads' Camp and Bozhena's Hut. Find rocks with a cross; the final piece of Brunswick's armor is nearby.
