Northern Forge Studios has unleashed a significant gameplay update for Orna: the GPS MMORPG, introducing the Conqueror's Guild. Launching October 31st, this update fundamentally alters player interaction with both the game and their real-world surroundings.
Conqueror's Guild: Claim Your Territory
This new feature transforms real-world locations into strategic Settlements—PvP battlegrounds. Control of these Settlements grants titles like Grand Duke, Count, or Emperor, with daily rewards for the reigning Emperor and even benefits shared with subordinate Dukes. The more Settlements under your control, the greater your influence within Orna's universe.
The Conqueror's Guild cleverly places Settlements near recognizable landmarks, adding a layer of local significance to the in-game power struggles. Because Orna utilizes real-world GPS, Settlements can pop up anywhere near you.
Open to All Players
Regardless of experience level, every Orna player can participate in the Conqueror's Guild. Settlements are tiered, ensuring fair matches based on player skill. Each tier offers a Crownship to claim, allowing players to compete for dominance within their tier while simultaneously striving for higher titles within the same Settlement. Players can also leave their mark through unique Carving Stones at each Settlement.
