Free Fire's Winterlands 2024 update brings the chill with new character Koda, enhanced movement mechanics, and wintery events.
Koda, a newcomer wielding a mystical fox mask, possesses Aurora Vision, enhancing enemy detection and mobility. This allows players to spot enemies behind cover (excluding those crouching or prone) and highlight enemy locations during parachuting.
Frosty Tracks, ice-covered rails for enhanced movement, are a major addition. These tracks enable dashing while shooting, turning, and using throwables. Special Coin Machines along these tracks reward players with 100 FF coins. Frosty Tracks appear in Battle Royale and Clash Squad modes.
Aurora Events further enhance the winter theme. These events feature aurora-affected Coin Machines (Battle Royale) and Supply Gadgets (Clash Squad). Completing event quests by interacting with these items grants buffs to all teammates.
