The recently concluded Genshin Impact Version 5.3 Special Program showcased silhouettes of four yet-to-be-released characters. A reliable leaker, DK2, has identified these characters and their release order: Versions 5.7, 5.4, 5.5, and 5.6, all with 5-star rarity.
Spotlight on Mizuki (Version 5.4)
The second silhouette strongly resembles Mizuki, a 5-star Anemo catalyst user currently in the 5.4 beta. The beta's lack of other 5-star characters suggests Mizuki will be the sole 5-star addition in this update.
Mizuki hails from Inazuma, potentially signifying a storyline return to this popular region. This aligns with HoYoverse's pattern of revisiting nations four to five updates after their initial release.
Leaks indicate Mizuki is a support character excelling with high Elemental Mastery, showing promising synergy with the new Pyro Archon, Mavuika. A mid-February release is anticipated, assuming she features in the first banner of Version 5.4.
