First, progress through the Miri Fajta quest at the Nomads' Camp until the Voivode reveals Marika possesses the letter. Return to Marika in Apollonia.
Next, assist Marika in repelling a wolf attack. During your conversation, select the dialogue options: "He cares about you," followed by "I swear." Marika will then disclose the letter's hiding place – a tree near a river.
Retrieve the letter from the designated tree. Before returning to the Voivode, speak with Tibor. He'll propose a wager involving a horse race and a fistfight for both the letter and an amulet.
To improve your chances, consider obtaining the "Good Old Pebbles" perk before the race. Practice your unarmed combat skills in local tournaments before facing Tibor, as he's a more skilled opponent than average.
