Head to the marked location and find the NPC named Rosalie. She's quite distinctive and easy to spot.

Engage with Rosalie, and she'll express her desire to see you sporting a hairstyle from the Simple category.

Press 'C' to access your collection of haircuts. The Simple category is conveniently located just below the hairstyle image. For this quest, I chose a haircut from the fisherman set for Nikki, which perfectly fits Rosalie's request and looks fantastic. I paired it with a black tracksuit, thinking it complemented the hairstyle well. Feel free to create your own unique look or simply change the hairstyle without altering your outfit.
