Marvel Contest of Champions is preparing for an exciting lineup of events, including the Summoner's Choice Champion selection and a festive Valentine's Day celebration. Additionally, fans can look forward to a special giveaway in honor of the upcoming movie, Captain America: Brave New World.
Here Are the Big Additions
The game is introducing two new characters: the villain Arnim Zola and the hero Joaquin Torres as the new Falcon. Arnim Zola, a brilliant scientist who transformed himself into a robot, will be available for recruitment starting February 13th. On February 27th, players can welcome Joaquin Torres, who, after being kidnapped by the Sons of the Serpent and subjected to experimentation, has become a part-human, part-falcon hybrid and taken up the mantle of Falcon from Sam Wilson.
In celebration of Captain America: Brave New World, Marvel Contest of Champions is offering a giveaway of Captain America (Sam Wilson) and Red Hulk for free. This giveaway is available from February 13th to March 30th, with the star rarity of the characters determined by your progression level.
And What About the Summoner’s Choice Champion of Marvel Contest of Champions?
Following an impressive turnout of over 1.2 million votes, Mr. Knight has been chosen as the next Summoner's Choice Champion. Known for his multiple personalities, impeccable style, and lunar-powered abilities, Mr. Knight will join The Contest later this year.
For Valentine's Day, the Love is a Battlerealm sale will run from February 14th to 21st. Additionally, the Brave New World login calendar, available from February 13th to March 30th, will offer daily bonuses, Champions, and themed profile pictures inspired by the new movie.
The 'Til Deathless Do Us Part side quest, running from February 5th to March 5th, will bring storytelling and action as Captain America and Falcon attempt to broker peace with the newly formed Deathless faction, featuring characters like Guillotine, She-Hulk, Vision, and King Groot.
Lastly, Battlegrounds Pre-Season 26 introduces the True Bromance event from February 12th to 19th. By completing Solo Objectives and a special Solo Event, players can earn Crystals, Profile Pics, Emotes, and more.
