Pokémon Go's February Eggs-pedition Access Pass: A Boost for Trainers
Pokémon Go players can look forward to a new Eggs-pedition Access Pass launching in February, offering a range of in-game bonuses. This follows the successful January pass and continues the monthly event.
Available from February 1st to 28th for $4.99 (or local equivalent), the pass provides several benefits. These include a single-use incubator for each daily PokéStop or Gym spin, a 3x XP bonus for the first daily catch, and a unique timed research task rewarding 15,000 XP and 15,000 Stardust upon completion. Players can even purchase an additional pass to gift to friends with a Great Friend or higher friendship level.
A Solid, if Unremarkable, Offering
While the February pass doesn't introduce groundbreaking new features, it provides a substantial boost to gameplay during the Dual Destiny season. This is in contrast to the recent reception of the Pokémon TCG Pocket's trading feature, which has received mixed reviews despite the launch of the Space-Time Smackdown expansion.
