Power Slap sees Rollic taking on the concussion-inducing sport with WWE personalities

Rollic's Power Slap, a mobile game based on the controversial "sport" of competitive slapping, is now available on iOS and Android. The game features a roster of WWE superstars, adding a familiar face to the action.

Power Slap, as the name suggests, involves participants taking turns slapping each other until one is incapacitated. While the real-life version is undeniably brutal, the game offers a less physically demanding (and arguably safer) way to experience the phenomenon.

The game's connection to WWE is explained by the recent merger of WWE and UFC under TKO Holdings, with UFC president Dana White owning Power Slap. This collaboration brings WWE superstars like Rey Mysterio, Braun Strowman, Omos, and Seth "Freaking" Rollins into the virtual slap-fight.

More Than Just Slaps

The full release of Power Slap includes additional game modes beyond the core slapping mechanic, such as PlinK.O, Slap’n Roll, and Daily Tournaments, offering varied gameplay experiences.

Rollic aims to make this adaptation of a unique (and potentially questionable) sport a success. Whether the inclusion of popular WWE wrestlers will be enough to draw in a large player base remains to be seen.
