Reviving Teammates in R.E.P.O.: A Guide

What To Do If a Teammate Dies in R.E.P.O.

When you start a round in R.E.P.O., your health is at a full 100. You can lose health from encounters with monsters or even from your own items like Human Grenades. To recover, you can use Health Packs found at the Service Station or share health with teammates by interacting with their health bar—a unique mechanic that fosters teamwork.

Despite these health management options, the relentless monsters in R.E.P.O. can still overpower your squad. If a teammate falls, you have two revival options. The first involves picking up their head, which drops to the ground upon death. Once you've secured the head, head to the extraction point. However, if retrieving the head isn't feasible, there's an alternative method: start a new round.
