Santa Monica Studio addressed the speculation head-on, stating:

"Pantheons collide! We’re thrilled to present a lineup of Greek and Norse characters for this panel celebrating the 20th anniversary of God of War where we’ll reflect on the past two decades of the series. Given the star-studded lineup and the anticipation surrounding this milestone, we want to make it clear that no announcements are planned for this event." - Santa Monica Studio

While fans won't see any new game announcements, they can look forward to new thematic artwork featuring Kratos and Jörmungandr. The event will also include appearances by beloved actors from the God of War series, such as Terrence Carson, the voice behind Kratos, and Carole Ruggier, who lent her voice to Athena. This special panel is set to take place on March 22, promising a nostalgic and celebratory experience for all attendees.
