A significant concern was the "Joining Server Bug" in PvE Operations, leaving players trapped on a connection screen.
Focus Home Entertainment responded to player concerns in a community update, expressing gratitude for the feedback and confirming active work on solutions. They stated, "We appreciate you reporting issues and providing feedback. We're actively working on fixes." The update also mentioned other reported problems, such as crashes during initial cutscenes and controller malfunctions.
Furthermore, Focus Home clarified that linking Steam and Epic accounts is optional and doesn't impact gameplay. The team emphasized, "Linking your Steam and Epic accounts is not necessary to play. These features are optional and won't affect your experience."
For players experiencing server disconnections returning them to the main menu or Battle Barge, retrying matchmaking is suggested as a temporary workaround.
