Unlocking the Brain Scorcher's Secret in Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl
The Brain Scorcher, a landmark in the Stalker universe, presents a challenge in Stalker 2. A tamper-proof stash resides within a seemingly inaccessible warehouse. Forget the key; this requires a bit of parkour.
Locating the Warehouse
Find the Brain Scorcher in the northern Malachite region. The stash's location will be marked on your map, guiding you to the locked warehouse. However, the locked door isn't the intended entry point.
Accessing the Warehouse
Follow these steps to bypass the locked door:
- Circle the warehouse to the left, ascending the orange stairs to a stack of boxes.
- Utilize the boxes to leap over the containers to the right, progressing to the next container set.
- Jump over the crane on your right, continuing past it to the far end.
- Drop down onto the containers below, navigating a zigzag path to an opening at the rear of the warehouse.
Navigating the Interior
Inside, be cautious of trip mines guarding the stash. Carefully disarm them as you approach the front of the warehouse.
Claiming the Spoils and Exiting
The tamper-proof stash, a large, already unlocked safe, awaits. Gather the valuable loot (ammo, medkits, etc.). To exit, follow these steps:
- Proceed to the right from the power panel, moving further down the warehouse.
- Locate and activate the generator near some boxes to restore power.
- Return to the power panel by the entrance and flip the switch to unlock the door.
Now you can exit the warehouse, having successfully navigated the Brain Scorcher's hidden path.
