"Ultimate Arise Crossover: Beginner's Guide Released in Beta"

By JulianMar 27,2025

If you think *Arise Crossover* is just about collecting Shadow units and attacking helpless enemies, think again. The game might seem simple at first, but many players find themselves puzzled about how to progress, level up, and choose the right Shadows. If you're one of those players, this guide will help you navigate the intricacies of *Arise Crossover*.

How Shadows Work in Arise Crossover

In *Arise Crossover*, each of the three islands hosts several recruitable Shadows and one formidable dungeon Shadow. The weakest unit, Soondoo, is available from the start, whereas the strongest, Mifalcon, can be obtained at Brum Island. However, the key to power lies not just in the type of Shadow but in their ranks. A Rank A Soondoo outperforms a Rank D Mifalcon. Higher-ranked units can level up further; for example, a Rank D unit caps at Level 75, while an SS unit can reach Level 200. The ultimate goal is to assemble a team of four SS-ranked Mifalcons, though achieving this is where the real challenge begins.

Dungeon Portals in *Arise Crossover* spawn every 30 minutes and remain open for 15 minutes. Even if you enter a dungeon just before a portal closes, you can still complete it. Portals can appear in various locations on each island, with random difficulty ranks. Start by forming a team of Rank D units and tackle a Rank D or C dungeon on Leveling Island to secure a solid group of units, including the possibility of a rare boss Shadow. Dungeons are your primary source for recruiting Rare Units and units above Rank C.

When a portal spawns, go for it, even if your team isn't up to par. Position yourself near the portal and wait for a higher-level player to join. Many experienced players don't mind helping lower-level players through dungeons, as they can often solo them. This cooperative spirit is crucial for obtaining higher-ranked units and progressing in *Arise Crossover*. We were once guided through a Rank A dungeon with just Rank C units, which allowed us to recruit Rank A units and reach the end game. Later, we returned the favor by helping others through Rank S dungeons.

Arise Crossover Weapons

During the Beta phase, player weapons in *Arise Crossover* are largely ineffective. While they might offer some initial damage, their impact diminishes quickly, especially by the time you reach the second island. The most powerful common weapon, the Iron Kando Blade, costs 60 million and deals 516,1K damage, which pales in comparison to the millions your units can deal. Unless you're willing to spend heavily, it's best to save your money for future updates.

How to Get a Mount in Arise Crossover

Wild mounts spawn every 15 minutes in *Arise Crossover*, with only one player per server able to attempt claiming each mount. A server-wide message alerts players to a new mount's appearance, though you won't always know when someone else claims it or if it disappears. Mounts can appear in six different locations, as detailed on the developer's map.

You can't claim the same mount twice, and attempts can fail. Flying mounts, the rarest with a 10% spawn rate, are highly coveted, while ground mounts are more common, and water mounts can be purchased from the Boat Shop NPC. To get a mount, keep an eye out for the server message and race to the six possible spawn locations. While mounts aren't essential for progression, a flying mount can significantly ease travel. We're still on the hunt for our own flying mount!

That's the rundown on *Arise Crossover*. We'll keep this beginner's guide updated as the game evolves. In the meantime, don't forget to check out the *Arise Crossover* codes for some cool freebies.
