Role-playing games (RPGs) have been a cornerstone of the video game industry for over three decades. The genre consistently delivers a steady stream of notable titles each month, ranging from major releases like Starfield, Lies of P, Hogwarts Legacy, Octopath Traveler 2, and Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty to more specialized offerings such as Labyrinth of Galleria: The Moon Society, 8-Bit Adventures 2, and Little Witch Nobeta. The ambitious nature of AAA RPG development often leads to announcements years ahead of release, generating considerable anticipation.
