What are Arcanas?
Arcanas are modifiers in Vampire Survivors. Unlocking the Randomazzo activates the Arcana system and the initial Arcana, Sarabande of Healing. You choose your Arcana cards on the stage selection screen before each run. Each Arcana offers unique functionality, but must be unlocked first.
Here are a few examples:

Boogaloo of Illusions: Over 10 seconds, the character's area expands from -25% to +25%, gaining +1% area per level. *Unlock:** Reach level 50 with Concetta.

Heart of Fire: Weapon projectiles explode on impact, creating light bursts and causing explosions on character damage. Unlock: Reach level 50 with Arca.

Silent Old Sanctuary: Grants +3 Rerolls, Skips, and Banishes, plus +20% Might and -8% Cooldown for each empty weapon slot. Unlock: Reach minute 31 in the Dairy Plant.

Blood Astronomia: Weapons create damage zones affected by Amount and Magnet. Enemies within Magnet range take damage based on Amount. Unlock: Reach level 50 with Poe.
