Wuthering Waves Version 1.4: "When the Night Knocks" Update Details
Get ready for the Wuthering Waves Version 1.4 update, titled "When the Night Knocks," launching November 14th! Kuro Games has unveiled exciting new features and gameplay mechanics.
New Characters and Banners:
Camellya, a limited 5-star Havoc Sword character, and Lumi, a 4-star Electro Resonator, join the fray. Camellya will have her own limited-time banner in the first phase, while Lumi will appear in Yinlin and Xiangli Yao's rerun banners during the second phase. Lumi boasts high-speed attacks while moving.
Revamped Combat:
Two significant combat additions are introduced:
- Dream Link: This team-up mechanic allows Resonators to synchronize and amplify their powers, unleashing devastating combined attacks.
- Illusive Sprint: Activate this enhanced speed boost by collecting blessings from the white cat. This allows for rapid battlefield traversal, evasive maneuvers, and quick enemy engagement. Both Dream Link and Illusive Sprint become permanent features after the main event concludes.

Weapon Customization:
Weapon Projections are introduced, allowing cosmetic changes to your weapons without affecting performance. Participate in the main event to receive a free 4-star Sword Weapon Projection. Additionally, the Depths of Illusive Realm event offers a set of Transparent Weapon Projections, allowing for partial or full weapon invisibility.
