Royal Petrol gas station loyalty program

The company, Royal Petrol LLP, owns and operates fuel station networks under the Royal Petrol and Continent brands.

Program - a loyalty initiative for regular and new customers of the Royal Petrol gas station network and Continent mini-markets. Through this program, the Company rewards Participants for their purchases at its discretion by awarding bonus points (Bonuses), offering special discounts, and providing tailored offers based on Participant interests.

Rules - the official terms and conditions governing this loyalty program for its members.

Participant - an individual, aged 14 or older, who has the legal capacity to perform everyday minor transactions and is registered in the Program according to these Rules. The Participant must have an individual identification number issued under the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Participant Application Form - information provided by an individual during Program registration in the manner specified by the Rules. By submitting this form, the Participant voluntarily and in their own interest grants the Company full consent to process their personal data (as per the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V dated May 21, 2013 "On Personal Data and Their Protection"). Processing methods include, but are not limited to, organizing promotional and informational communications via email, instant messengers, SMS, phone, and mail, as well as automated and computer-based processing, including database creation. This consent remains effective until withdrawn in writing by the Participant.

Virtual Card - an electronic Card generated within the Mobile Application, with no physical counterpart.

Site - the Company's official website at https://www.royal-petrol.kz, which hosts information about the Program.

Mobile application – the Royal Petrol software application developed for use on smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices running iOS or Android. The Company owns this Mobile Application.

Bonus Points (Bonuses) - virtual units awarded by the Company when a Participant buys goods at a Royal Petrol station under the Program's terms. One Bonus point is equivalent to one Kazakh tenge under the Program conditions. Bonuses can only be redeemed for purchases within the Royal Petrol station network.

Participant's Bonus Account - a record within the Program Database containing registration details and information on awarded/spent Bonuses and the Participant's current balance.
