Hearthstone Is Dropping Its Biggest Mini-Set with Heroes of StarCraft

Hearthstone's upcoming The Great Dark Beyond Mini-Set: Heroes of StarCraft introduces iconic StarCraft factions to the game, launching January 21st with numerous quests and challenges.

The Largest Mini-Set Yet!

This Mini-Set surpasses previous releases with a whopping 49 cards, including 4 Legendary, 1 Epic, 20 Rare, and 24 Common cards. This expansive collection boasts significant variety.

Each StarCraft faction contributes 5 multi-class cards, complemented by the special neutral card, Grunty.

Acquire the Heroes of StarCraft Mini-Set by opening The Great Dark Beyond Hearthstone packs or purchasing the complete 94-card set (2500 Gold standard; 12,000 Gold for the all-Golden version).

StarCraft Factions Take Center Stage

  • Zerg: A swarming, overwhelming force featuring Death Knight, Demon Hunter, Hunter, and Warlock classes, led by Sarah Kerrigan. Ideal for players who enjoy generating token armies.

  • Protoss: High-impact, big-play allies (Druid, Mage, Priest, and Rogue) commanded by High Templar Artanis. Emphasizes high-cost cards that reduce in cost over time, enabling explosive turns.

  • Terran: Featuring Paladin, Shaman, and Warrior classes under the leadership of Jim Raynor. This faction centers around Starship synergies, allowing for multiple Starship deployments per game. The Battlecruiser card boasts new art and the Mech minion type. Owning a Signature Starship unlocks a Signature-art Battlecruiser.
